"Super Easy Return!!!"
I had to send back a hoodie because the sizing was just a little off, but the whole return process was really easy!!! The instructions were clear, I didn’t have to deal with any hassle, and I got my refund back without any drama!!! It took a few days, but that was totally fine. Overall, happy with how simple everything was!!!

"Smooth order to Germany"
I ordered from nude-project to Germany and was mainly paying attention to the customs side of things because that was the only part I was a bit unsure about. In the end, it all went smoothly. The tracking updated often enough for me to see what was going on, and the package arrived in about 10 days. I did have to pay a small customs fee, but I was expecting that, so no surprise there. The clothes were packed well, and delivery was totally fine.

The site gives off a nice first impression, and it’s easy enough to browse around without feeling totally lost. That said, the overall vibe felt a bit slower and less polished once I started clicking through pages. The filters were helpful, but finding the right sizes and colors took more tapping around than I expected. Checkout was straightforward, so no real complaints there. On mobile though, it felt kind of messy, and a few images were slow to load. Overall, it’s not bad, but it doesn’t feel like the smoothest or easiest shopping site I’ve used.

The shipping was way slower than I was hoping for, which was a bit frustrating at first. But I mean, it did arrive eventually and everything was fine when it got here, so it wasn’t a huge deal in the end

"Comfy set and fits well"
I ordered the hoodie and pants, and they fit true to size... I’m usually a medium, and the medium fit just right, not too tight or anything. The pants are a little long on me, but with sneakers they still look totally fine

I got exactly what I ordered, and both the size and color were right, which hasn’t always been my experience with some other companies. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I’m happy with it and would probably order again

"Easy hoodie exchange"
I had to swap a hoodie because I totally picked the wrong size lol. the exchange was easy and they got back to me quick. I sent it back and the new one showed up with no issues. Took a few days, but nothing too crazy. Happy with how it all went.

"Actually turned out better than I expected"
I ordered a hoodie and a tee, and I was a little suspicious at first because you never really know how the print or embroidery is going to look in person. But the print feels sturdy, the embroidery came out clean, and after washing, everything still looks good. No peeling, no loose threads, nothing weird so far.

Nothing too major, but I did end up reaching out just to make sure I was doing it right. The experience was easy enough, the support team got back to me faster than I expected, which was nice.

"Pretty solid quality for the price"
I grabbed a hoodie and a T-shirt from Nude Project, the quality’s better than I expected. It’s not the cheapest stuff out there, but the fabric feels really nice and it doesn’t come across like fast fashion junk. Shipping was totally fine, and the sizing fit normally for me. I’d definitely buy again, especially if there’s a sale. Overall, I’d say it feels worth the money...

I had to send my order back and thought the refund might be a whole hassle, but nah, it was smooth. Got the email update, and the money hit my account not long after. Didn’t have to chase anyone or deal with any drama, which was a win. Super easy overall.

"Delivery was such a hassle"
I ordered a hoodie and the delivery date kept getting pushed back, which was really annoying. The tracking wasn’t clear either, so I kept having to check for updates and basically do extra work just to figure out where my order was. It did finally show up, and the hoodie itself is fine, but it arrived way later than expected. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date.

"Fit Was Fine, But the Guide Was Off"
It fit okay overall, so I can’t complain too much. Maybe I measured a little too quickly or didn’t double-check like I should have, but the size guide didn’t feel super accurate to me. It worked out well enough, just not as precise as I expected.

"I really liked the look of the clothes…"
I really liked the look of the clothes at first, but the stitching just isn’t great. After only a couple of wears, I started noticing loose threads, and one of the seams was already opening a bit. The fabric feels okay, but the way it’s put together makes it feel cheaper than what I paid. I kind of felt dismissed when I brought it up, like it wasn’t a big deal, but I expected better quality for the price. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I wish it had held up better.

"Arrived Safely, Packaging Was Just Okay"
The packaging was okay, not the best I’ve seen, but nothing was damaged and it arrived fine. I was a little unsure when I first saw it, but in the end I felt relieved that everything made it in one piece.
